Coordination of Architectural and Design Service
The influence on cost, environmental impact, quality of materials and the success of the project is maximized when the general contractor is involved with the creative development of the project. Whenever possible Omega encourages clients to bring all essential parties together early in the planning process.

Cost Planning and Estimating
Omega's experience in the custom home, residential and commercial markets, as well as cost estimating and project management assure the builder or developer of product dependability and competitive pricing.  Material supplier and subcontractor costs are solicited in the bid process to maximize the client’s buying power.

Risk Management
Possible risk is inherent in any construction project be it small or large. Omega Construction of Kona manages insurance compliance, civil permitting risks, as well as the impact of safety and various liability risks.
